Let’s see if I can make it like Martha

I admire and love Martha Stewart…not in a weird way, but love how she has devoted her time and energy to something that I also believe in…making great tasting food and enjoying healthy living. So, I recently purchased my first Martha Stewart hardcover cookbook, Martha: The Cookbook: 100 Favorite Recipes, with Lessons and Stories from My Kitchen. WoW, I was thrilled.

My intention for this purchase is to make all 100 recipes in less than one year, and document what I make and how it tastes. This means making two recipes per week, so I can move through them all in a timely manner. I will also choose two recipes from two separate sections of the book, making each one on two different nights of the week.

Now, let’s see if I can make them like Martha!
