I have to admit, this was the first steak that I have fixed for myself in close to one year. I am not much of a steak eater any longer, and would rather eat fish or chicken. I ate all of the asparagus that I fixed with the steak, but did not even eat half the steak, which is terrible to say, knowing how much the steak cost.

It did have scrumptious flavor, which is always what is looked for in a good steak, but I just did not have the appetite to eat the whole steak. Many of you probably wonder why I just did not save it to put with another meal, but trying to reheat steak is even harder than trying to eat this entire piece, thus the reason why I did not just save it for later.
