This recipe was yum yum yum.  For those of you who read my Bucatini and Bottarga page, you will remember that I am not a big pasta person, but I really enjoyed making and eating this one.  This recipe alone calls for 17 ingredients, so it is a bit more time consuming to make, due to everything being homemade, excluding the noodles.

After consuming my first forkful, I was hooked, just because of all the flavors.  This is not your normal meatballs and spaghetti meal either.  It also contains bell pepper relish, Worcestershire sauce, and even soy sauce, and calls for both light and dark ground turkey meat, which is also a flavor enhancer.

This recipe also makes quite a batch, so I will be eating leftovers for quite some time, but well worth the extra time and ingredients.
