This was another one of my favorite recipes thus far. I seem to love the fish recipes, as this is the third one that I have chosen as one of my faves. This is my first crab cake make, however, so am glad that it happened to be one of Martha’s. They were fixed to a golden brown, and were absolutely so moist in the middle that I almost had to eat the whole batch.

I also chose to make the tarter sauce that Martha provided, but chose not to make the celerioc slaw, as celery can never be found in my fridge. Not a flavor that I enjoy at all.
