Carrots are one of my favorite vegetables and they can go with any meal that you make. They are not only versatile, but have brilliant color, flavor, and are full of vitamins. They are also a perfect vegetable for eating raw or fixing any way that matches your desiredness. You can never go wrong with this vegetable.

My favorite way of fixing carrots is by broasting them in the oven. I julienne them first, throw a little salt and pepper on them, and then start the broasting process, and they scream with flavor. I found in this recipe, however, that the boiled carrots had a bit less flavor to them as I find through broasting, but loved them even so.
