I was really hesitant to make this recipe, as it is mainly just onion soup, but almost started to cry as I took my first bite, as it is so rich in flavor.  I was shocked.  I even ate both cups which also were filled with homemade croutons, just because I needed to taste the flavor of the soup again and again.  Unbelievable.     

It was also so easy to make and didn’t take long at all, and I even have leftovers that I can eat for the remainder of the week.  It will even go along with other meals that I am having and can be used as an appetizer before my main meal.  You must try this recipe as it is a surprise like no other.
