I wanted to make something this week that was savory, and that I could eat all week, so chose the Tomato Tart, which has become one of my favorite recipes so far.   

It was so easy to make and also to eat.  I, in fact, had to eat two pieces after it was completed, if that tells you how good it was.  Each and every ingredient stands out when you first bite down, and I love all of these ingredients, which has made its way to the tops of my love stack. 

The whole tart has also held up well after a couple of days of making it, and it is by no means too wet, because of the tomatoes, or flat in flavor.
